3. Eligibility
3.1 Account Holder
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to create an account. You may add minors as family members under your account.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information for yourself and any family members on your account
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Inform Flore of any adverse reactions to a formula
- Consult a healthcare provider before starting if you are pregnant, nursing, immunocompromised, or taking medication

5. Ordering and Payment
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund
- Orders in production or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge

Flore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from our products.
