Services Description

Flore provides personalized probiotic formulations based on microbiome testing and health assessments. Our services include health surveys, microbiome test analysis, custom probiotic manufacturing, and ongoing wellness support.

Medical Disclaimer

Flore is not a medical provider. Our products and services are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions or are taking medications.

Subscription Terms

Our subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first order if you are unsatisfied with results.

Reformulation Policy

After 30 days of use with at least one outcome recorded, you may request a reformulation for $175, which includes 3 months of your updated formula.

Limitation of Liability

Flore's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
